Each client generally requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. We have hours for Customer Service Representatives to service 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be listed in the Contractor Opportunity Announcement you’ll receive once you are certified to service our clients.
Our opportunities are competitive with the industry standards. The amount of money you earn depends on how much you work and your performance. Incentives, bonuses, and pay increases are offered for our top performing Customer Service Professional.
***Some contractors earn $1500.00 bi-weekly while others earn $500 bi-weekly depending on the amount of hours they are servicing. Pay generally ranges $8-$16+ per hour.
You will need a PC laptop/desktop, home phone line, and a high speed internet connection, VOIP headset, and a Call Center Dialpad w/ Headset Telephone. Home phone must not have any features!!! This includes call waiting, voicemail, or any other features. Just a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). All in one computers are not compatible at this time.
