Do I have to be a legal resident of the US?

Yes. MYDCT requires that all agents legally reside in the United States and be legal to work within the United States if you are applying for the Customer Service Professional Position.

Question 2

What experience do I need?

Successful agents must have a combination of intermediate computer skills, clear speaking manner and should be determined to deliver excellent customer service.  We will require an online customer service assessment and voice assessments are required to establish a candidate’s suitability.

Question 3

How often do I get paid?

All  who are servicing as a Customer Service Professional will be paid on the 15th and the last day of the month. Other contractors pay dates will vary according to the project they are assigned.

How many hours can I work?

Each client generally requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.  We have hours for Customer Service Representatives to service 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.  The hours available for a specific client will be listed in the Contractor Opportunity Announcement you’ll receive once you are certified to service our clients.

How much can I expect to earn?

Our opportunities are competitive with the industry standards. The amount of money you earn depends on how much you work and your performance. Incentives, bonuses, and pay increases are offered for our top performing Customer Service Professional.
 
 ***Some contractors earn $1500.00 bi-weekly while others earn $500 bi-weekly depending on the amount of hours they are servicing.  Pay generally ranges $8-$16+ per hour.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a PC laptop/desktop, home phone line, and a high speed internet connection, VOIP headset, and a Call Center Dialpad w/ Headset Telephone.  Home phone must not have any features!!!  This includes call waiting, voicemail, or any other features.  Just a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service).  All in one computers are not compatible at this time.
